Conducted over 1300 mediations and arbitrations since he joined ADR Options in 1995.
He handles personal injury, employment, subrogation, contract, product liability, coverage matters and other areas of civil law.
The judge also resolved the first Clean Water Act litigation in the country when he settled the Pennsylvania action in 1998.
He served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for 24 years. Prior to that he was a United States Attorney and a Special Assistant to the Pennsylvania Attorney General.
He was a partner in the Freedman Borowsky and Lorry firm from 1960–1969 where he practiced plaintiff’s personal injury law.
Judge Naythons received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1957.
