Hon. Charles Brown, Jr. (Ret.)

• Judge Brown retired after eight years a Senior Judge in the Court of Common Pleas in Centre County. Additionally, he was the President Judge for the prior 28 years
• Before his time on the bench, Judge Brown was in private practice for more than a decade followed by three terms as Centre County District Attorney.
• Judge Brown spent months helping the Blair County judges with their cases.  He served as visiting judge in Blair County starting in the 1980s.
• Judge Brown has spent a great deal of time in Luzerne County beginning at the time of the Kids-for-Cash scandal.
• Judge Brown has been applying his vast experience and knowledge to the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  His experience spans all types of cases from personal injury, product liability and automobile law as well insurance claims.
• Since retirement, he has resolved many mediations and arbitrations both in Blair and Centre Counties and is available throughout Central Pennsylvania.
