• Conducted over 1300 mediations and arbitrations since he joined ADR Options in 1995.
• He handles personal injury, employment, subrogation, contract, product liability, coverage matters and other areas of civil law.
• The judge also resolved the first Clean Water Act litigation in the country when he settled the Pennsylvania action in 1998.
• He served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for 24 years. Prior to that he was a United States Attorney and a Special Assistant to the Pennsylvania Attorney General.
• He was a partner in the Freedman Borowsky and Lorry firm from 1960–1969 where he practiced plaintiff’s personal injury law.
• Judge Naythons received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1957.
