Hon. Thomas T. Frampton
Judge Thomas Frampton (Ret.) has significant experience in mediating, arbitrating and representing clients in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, commercial litigation and general litigation.
He was a judge in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas from 1986-1995.
He was the Solicitor for the Mercer County Commissioners from 1975-1979.
Mr. Frampton has been a shareholder of Goehring, Rutter & Boehm since 2003. He was a partner in Pietragallo, Bosick & Gordon from 1996-2003; from 1979-1985, he was a partner in Voohries, Rowley, Wallace, Keck and Frampton.
Mr. Frampton is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1973 and before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1983. He is listed as a Super Lawyer in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He received his B.A. with honors from Allegheny College in 1970 and his J.D. with honors from the University of Pittsburgh in 1973.
