  • Civil trial attorney for more than 31 years, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, and handling a broad range of civil matters in state and federal courts, including personal injury, products liability, construction, contracts, insurance, civil rights, and family law. She has had substantial courtroom experience as lead counsel in complex litigation jury and nonjury trials as well as extensive appellate court experience.
  • Served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania from 1984-86.
  • Ms. Person is a trained Mediator and Arbitrator and in 2010, transitioned from a busy litigation practice to exclusively doing mediation and arbitration.
  • In addition to her broad experience in general civil cases, she brings many years of experience in family law and has handled hundreds of divorce, equitable distribution, custody and support matters over the course of her career. Ms. Person has successfully facilitated settlements and creative solutions for people and companies in the most difficult and highly contested situations.
  • She serves as adjunct faculty teaching International Business Law during summer terms at LCC International University in the former Soviet Union.
  • Received undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1981, and her juris doctor degree from Dickinson School of Law in 1984.
