ADR Options mourns the passing of a great attorney, mediator and arbitrator. Allan Gordon is missed but everyone who had the pleasure of working with him.
Allan H. Gordon, Esquire was a trial attorney for approximately 45 years with a particular emphasis on Professional Malpractice and Personal Injury matters.
Mr. Gordon was known as an attorney who gives back to his profession. He was the Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2002 and President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association from 1990-1991.
He was recognized as an excellent trial attorney and is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, The American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Since 2008 Mr. Gordon limited his practice to mediation and arbitration. He had significant experience in mediating and arbitrating medical negligence, legal malpractice, personal injury, product liability and most areas of civil law. He has also mediated and arbitrated cases involving law firm dissolution.
Mr. Gordon received his B.S. from Temple University in 1963 and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1966.
