Kate McGrath began her career as a trial lawyer for Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in June 1989.
She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in November 1989.
During her 25 years, she has had many trials, mediations and arbitrations.
Kate was a court appointed arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
In 2010, she was named “Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association, a division of the Montgomery Bar Association. This group consists of attorneys for the plaintiff as well as for the defense.
Kate was a member of the Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
In addition to being a”SuperLawyer”, she was also named one of the top 50 female lawyers in Pennsylvania in 2014.
In 2011, Kate was invited to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates [ABOTA].
From 2004 to 2012, she directed the Healthcare Practice Group for MDWCG. In, 2012, the Healthcare Practice Group was named the best Healthcare liability Practice Group in the state of Pennsylvania.
